We are currently looking for a Customer Experience & Service Dispatch Coordinator — an organized, proactive professional with a passion for customer service and operational excellence.

You will play a key role connecting customers, technicians, and internal operations. Your coordination skills will directly contribute to service efficiency, smooth scheduling, and an exceptional customer experience.

Your challenges
  • Deliver professional, responsive, and friendly customer service
  • Schedule and optimize installation and service appointments
  • Coordinate service calls for propane equipment and tank installations
  • Dispatch technicians efficiently based on priorities and routes
  • Welcome and assist customers in the showroom / branch location
  • Oversee bottle filling and propane vehicle service requests
  • Review selected invoices and complete administrative follow-ups
  • Maintain clear communication with field teams and internal departments
