Join Our Administration Team!

Based at our head office in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, this position is for you if you have strong accounting skills, experience in managing accounts receivable, and the ability to work with accuracy, logic, and efficiency. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and committed to meeting deadlines, while collaborating effectively within a team.

Your challenges


You will be required to:

  • Answer incoming calls and branch inquiries;

  • Review account statements and follow up on missing, unpaid, or credited invoices;

  • Maintain accurate account records (openings, closures, modifications);

  • Monitor equal payment programs;

  • Manage accounts receivable follow-ups with branches;

  • And more!

What we are looking for

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Demonstrate integrity, precision, and professionalism;

  • Apply logical thinking and strong planning skills to meet deadlines;

  • Hold a DEP in accounting (or equivalent);

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in accounts payable and receivable;

  • Be familiar with accounting software (asset);

  • Experience in the propane industry (asset);

  • Be fluent in French (spoken and written);

  • Be fluent in English, spoken and written – this is mandatory.

Education / Training
  • Certificate - comptabilité (An asset)
  • Collegial Studies Diploma - Financial services and insurance techniques (An asset)
  • Secondary School Vocational Diploma - Office work (An asset)
