• Welcome our clients and provide them with exceptional customer service on every visit.
• Conduct thorough assessments of our clients' needs and offer personalized advice on the various products and services available.
• Perform various beauty treatments such as laser hair removal, cellulite treatments, microdermabrasion, peels, etc.
• Prepare clients before and after their treatments.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times (Law 25).
• Ensure the preparation of required medical documents.
• Prepare the treatment room and equipment according to the procedure: sclerotherapy, endovenous laser, ultrasound sclerotherapy, injections (botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid).
• Assist the physician during consultations and treatments and remain in the treatment room during the procedure.
• Apply pre- and post-treatment care protocols and communicate post-operative instructions (compression, care).
• Be familiar with venous pathologies, injectable products, contraindications, and common side effects.
• Promote advice on products and stockings and collaborate on clinical objectives.
• Clean and tidy the treatment room after each treatment.
• Anticipate equipment needs and ensure restocking.
• Perform any other essential tasks such as maintaining hygiene in the clinic.

Skills required:

• Relevant training: medical assistant, aesthetician, licensed practical nurse, or related clinical experience.
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques, sterilization procedures, and biomedical waste management (a significant asset).
• Proficiency with clinical management software and record-keeping
• Training on specific protocols is provided by our medical staff.
