Description:

We are currently looking for a Customer Experience & Service Dispatch Coordinator — an organized, proactive professional with a passion for customer service and operational excellence.You will play a key role connecting customers, technicians, and internal operations. Your coordination skills will directly contribute to service efficiency, smooth scheduling, and an exceptional customer experience.


Responsibilities:
 
- Deliver professional, responsive, and friendly customer service  
-  Schedule and optimize installation and service appointments  
-  Coordinate service calls for propane equipment and tank installations  
-  Dispatch technicians efficiently based on priorities and routes  
-  Welcome and assist customers in the showroom / branch location  
-  Oversee bottle filling and propane vehicle service requests  
-  Review selected invoices and complete administrative follow-ups  
-  Maintain clear communication with field teams and internal departments

Description: 
Join Our Administration Team! Based at our head office in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, this position is for you if you have strong accounting skills, experience in managing accounts receivable, and the ability to work with accuracy, logic, and efficiency. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and committed to meeting deadlines, while collaborating effectively within a team.

Responsibilities:
You will be required to:  
-  Answer incoming calls and branch inquiries;  
-  Review account statements and follow up on missing, unpaid, or credited invoices;  
-  Maintain accurate account records (openings, closures, modifications);  
-  Monitor equal payment programs;  
-  Manage accounts receivable follow-ups with branches;  
-  And more!

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must:  
-  Demonstrate integrity, precision, and professionalism;  
-  Apply logical thinking and strong planning skills to meet deadlines;  
-  Hold a DEP in accounting (or equivalent);  
-  Have at least 1 year of experience in accounts payable and receivable;  
-  Be familiar with accounting software (asset);  
-  Experience in the propane industry (asset);  
-  Be fluent in French (spoken and written);  
-  Be fluent in English, spoken and written – this is mandatory.
