Description: 
Reporting to the Technical Services Supervisor, you will have to travel to our customers in the agri-food and health sectors in Greater Montreal. You will install, repair and provide after-sales service for a range of products such as hand soap dispensers, product dilutors, dishwashers, etc. We provide the vehicle, tools, uniform and training.


Responsibilities:
You will have to: 
- Providing value-added after-sales service and perform problem solving;
- Performing repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and implementation of systems on electromechanical equipment, either onsite or in branch
- Helping other departments through internal work;
- Diagnosing problems, determining corrective action and undertaking repair;
- Managing service calls and examining the customer’s requirements.

Requirements:
To perform well, you must: 
- Know how to work in a team, demonstrate initiative and be solutions-oriented
- Have good communication skills and be customer-oriented
- Be incredibly organized and understand processes thoroughly
