Requirements of the Position 
- 5–7 years of supervisory or management experience, preferably leading field technicians or service teams;
- Background in customer service and issue resolution, including handling escalated complaints;
- 2-3 years of experience in field service operations, technical service, or maintenance;
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and implementing service standards or KPIs.
- Understanding of the equipment, tools, or technology used in the field (specific to your industry).
- Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and service management software.
- The position will require travel within your area of responsibility.

Description: 
The truck driver is responsible for making certain that merchandise is delivered in the correct place, In good condition and in a courteous manner. The truck driver must be willing to assist our customers when needed to help support our continued support and superior service.

Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the Truck Driver performs all the functions listed below: Specific tasks 
- In charge of delivering goods to the company's various clients;
- Inspect and maintain all the functions of the vehicle, such the condition of the equipment, loading, unloading, safety and security of the freight;
- Responsible to record the information regarding the freight, the distance, fuel consumption and other facts into the log;
- Work in a safe way;
- Maintain the cleanliness and the orderly of his vehicle. Improvement 
- In charge to look at the security of the places and advise the concerned person if some products or equipments are not secure or considered potentially dangerous, according to the importance of the potential danger;
- question the procedures and working methods by proposing new ideas;
- Recommend methods to improve the efficacy of his department. In collaboration 
- contribute towards accomplishing the goal of Sani-Marc;
- when required, accomplish the same tasks than other employees;
- any other task assigned by his or her immediate supervisor.  

Requirements:
Job Requirements 
- High school-level vocational training in driving heavy road vehicles, or any other relevant experience
- Class 5 driver's licence / Drivers abstract
- Knowledge of TDG regulations is an asset Specific Abilities
