    Description

    Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Junior Key Account Manager is responsible for supporting the development and management of business relationships with Bridor customers within the assigned territory.

    The incumbent contributes to the company’s revenue growth and profitability by identifying business opportunities, supporting account development, and executing sales and marketing initiatives aligned with Bridor’s strategy.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing customers;
    • Identify and support new business opportunities within the territory;
    • Participate in prospecting and qualification of new clients;
    • Plan and deliver product presentations to customers and prospects;
    • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sales activities through CRM tools;
    • Support the resolution of customer issues in collaboration with internal teams;
    • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs;
    • Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of sales budgets and performance;
    • Support the execution of marketing initiatives, promotions, and product launches;
    • Assist in managing promotional budgets and customer activities;
    • Maintain appropriate inventory of samples and marketing materials;
    • Ensure timely submission of expense reports;
    • Travel regularly within the assigned territory (approx. 85%), 15% home office.

    Requirements

    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills;

    • Strong organizational and time management skills;
    • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities;
    • Effective communication and presentation skills;
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
    • Positive attitude, proactive and eager to learn.


    General Knowledge and Conditions:

    • Full proficiency in English is required, Anglophone (English & French) an asset.
    • Strong analytical, planning, verbal and written communication skills are a must.;
    • Must hold a valid drivers’ licence, insurance and have a reliable vehicle;

    Educational and Experience Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales;
    • Experience in the foodservice or food industry (asset);
    • Knowledge of bakery, pastry or frozen products (asset);
    • Experience working with distributors or key accounts (asset)
