    Description

    As a Market Operator Specialist / Sales, you’ll be responsible for driving sales and expanding Bridor’s market presence in Ontario (GTA). 

    Your role will involve meeting customers daily, calling on new clients, and representing Bridor at trade shows. 

    Early morning baking, creating sample boxes for clients, and working closely with the Sales and Distributor Sales Reps will be essential to your success.

    Responsibilities

    • Sales & Business Development: Meet with existing clients and call on new customers weekly to grow Bridor’s market share.
    • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships, conduct product tastings, and showcase Bridor’s offerings.
    • Baking & Sampling: Start early to bake and create sample boxes for customers and prospects.
    • Trade Shows & Events: Represent Bridor at industry events and food shows to increase brand visibility.
    • Training & Development: Attend Bridor’s Baking Academy to learn our products and develop sales skills.
    • Sales Analysis: Review sales reports, track performance, and identify growth opportunities.


    Requirements


    • Baking Passion: A strong enthusiasm for the bakery industry and high-quality products
    • Customer-Facing Experience: Experience in food service, sales, or as a barista, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
    • Sales Drive: A desire to succeed in sales and build relationships with clients
    • Organized & Disciplined: Ability to manage early baking hours while balancing customer visits and sales activities
    • Outgoing & Collaborative: Enjoy meeting new people and working with Sales teams and Distributor Sales Reps
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess sales reports and develop business strategies
    • Growth-Oriented: Eager to grow within the company and take on more responsibility
    • Education: A college degree in a related field is desired but not required
