Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Customer Experience Supervisor the Customer Experience Representative performs the following tasks:

  • Act as the primary contact, for our three divisions, on products or services and process orders in an efficient and timely manner;
  • Respond to customer requests such as return merchandise authorizations, delivery requests, out-of-stock items, pricing irregularities and notify the appropriate account manager;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and advisory roles to our clients;
  • Follow up with clients/vendors regarding order reception or back orders;
  • Guard against complacency and the status quo with existing procedures or work methods; communicate freely your ideas;
  • Contributes to the team's efforts by carrying out any other task assigned by the Customer Experience Supervisor;

To perform, you need to :

To perform well, you must have:

  • A high school diploma;
  • A passion for customer service;
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to upsell/ cross-sell;
  • Capacity to work independently and/ or as part of a team;
  • General knowledge of MS Office;
  • Effective organization skills;
  • Adaptability, responsibility and flexibility;
  • A sense of ‘urgency’ combined with courtesy and open-mindedness.
