Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, Logistics, the primary purpose of the Delivery Driver is covering various routes for vacation, illness and over-flow needs of the fleet. The Delivery Driver performs the following tasks:

  • Safely and professionally deliver goods to the company's various clients;
  • Participate in route planning, pre-trip inspections and safe load management;
  • Record and document all the information required by the daily load manifest;
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle is maintained and remains high;
  • Help in the warehouse to put together orders and other warehouse related tasks.

To perform, you need to :

  • High School Diploma;
  • Class 5 driver's licence and supply a drivers abstract;
  • Knowledge of TDG regulations is and asset;
  • At least two years of experience in driving delivery trucks.
