We are currently seeking a cheerful individual with strong communication and customer service skills to support and serve our clients. The Customer Experience Representative plays a central role in client relations, providing impeccable service through various channels (phone, email) to follow up and process orders for our business clients (B2B) across Canada. Versatile and adaptable, they may also be called upon to assist the team in addressing various needs (store, customer service, calls). This position is ideal for someone enthusiastic, energetic, comfortable with customer service, and passionate about sales and teamwork.

Responsibilities

As a member of the customer service team, the Customer Service Representative brings expertise by:

  • Taking orders for all our divisions;
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email with courtesy and efficiency;
  • Providing outstanding customer service in addition to playing an advisory role to customers;
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure their satisfaction;
  • Following up with customers/sellers on order reception and invoicing;
  • Being solutions-oriented to contribute to the pursuit of our mission of excellence;
  • Suggesting substitute products to satisfy the customer;
  • Assist in-store to welcome customers, provide advice, and actively participate in product sales as needed.

  • Be able to communicate well in English AND French (advanced level), as the position deals with a partly English-speaking clientele;
  • Have a natural aptitude for sales and a passion for customer service;
  • Be comfortable working with computers.
