As an Account Manager, you will manage and grow our customer base by providing expert advice, building strong relationships, and promoting our comprehensive range of pool and spa products. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with industry knowledge and a passion for customer success. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated Account Manager to expand our presence in the Northern Ontario region.

Responsibilities

As a member of the Director of Business Development’s team, the Account Manager brings expertise by:

  • Identifies and solicits potential customers to build his or her customer base.
  • Identifies and evaluates the needs and resources of customers and recommends the appropriate goods.
  • Communicates with customers post-sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
  • Offers individual training to customers.
  • Evaluates and establishes sales conditions and delivery dates.
  • Yearly business reviews with top customers.

To perform, you need to :

To perform well, you must:

  • College diploma in administration, with an option in marketing or chemistry, or any other relevant experience.
  • University degree is an asset.
  • Vehicle required;
  • Experience in sales;
  • CRM experience preferred;
  • Organizational skills;
  • Good time management;
  • Customer-oriented;
  • Ability to persuade and influence;
  • Autonomous and responsible;
  • Ability to adapt.
