We provide a wide range of commercial kitchen and laundry hygiene products to restaurants, hotels, long term care and commercial foodservice accounts. Our innovative equipment, services, and manufactured chemical solutions are designed to make commercial dishwashing, laundry and facility cleaning easier for our customers. This opportunity covers the Greater Toronto Area. Ideally the candidate would reside within a 50km radius to the office.

Responsibilities

As a member of the National Sales Director's team, the Account Manager brings expertise by:

  • Identifying and prospecting new business in the foodservice, lodging, and LTC segments
  • Identifies and evaluates the needs of the customer and recommends the appropriate solution(s)
  • Communicates with customers post-sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing support;
  • Offers individual training to customers;
  • Evaluates and establishes sales conditions and delivery dates;
  • Yearly business reviews with top customers.

To perform, you need to :

To perform well, you must have:

  • A college diploma / university degree in administration, marketing or chemistry would be an asset or any relevant work experience;
  • University degree is an asset;
  • Experience in sales;
  • CRM experience preferred;
  • Organizational skills;
  • Good time management;
  • Customer-oriented;
  • Ability to persuade and influence;
  • Autonomous and responsible;
  • Ability to adapt.
