The Internal Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing a nationwide inside sales team. He/She will be tasked with developing and implementing inside sales strategies and ensuring the development and maintenance of excellent relationships with the company's various clients. One of the main objectives of the position will be to ensure consistency in the processes within the company's inside sales force.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Vice-President, Customer Growth and Go-to-Market Strategy, he/she will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase inside sales, aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  • Training and leading a team of inside sales representatives, setting clear goals, and providing continuous support to maximize performance.
  • Overseeing the management of customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and intervening in case of complaints or complex issues.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements in internal sales processes, including the use of technology and CRM tools.
  • Ensuring ongoing training for the sales team on products, sales techniques, and customer relationship management tools.
  • Preparing accurate sales forecasts, providing regular reports to management, and proposing corrective actions in case of deviation from targets.

To perform, you need to :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a focus on inside sales.
  • Proven experience managing a team spread across multiple locations.
  • Strong experience in change management and leading teams through organizational transitions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Bilingualism is required as you will manage both English and French-speaking employees and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes.
