As an Account Manager, you will manage and grow our customer base by providing expert advice, building strong relationships, and promoting our comprehensive range of pool and spa products. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with industry knowledge and a passion for customer success. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated Account Manager to expand our presence in Western Canada. The position requires the candidate to be able to travel across several provinces and therefore a flexible schedule is necessary.

Responsibilities

As a member of the National Sales Director team, the Account Manager brings expertise by:

  • Prepares a sales plan for his territory and establishes objectives on current and new client;
  • Implements sales plans:
    • Solicits new clients
    • Assesses chemical needs of the customer
    • Develops and carries out demos and tests
  • Manages CRM Software:
    • Inputs required data including leads and opportunities
    • Adheres to client visit schedules set by Sani Marc Service standards
    • Completes reports and send to customers in timely manner;
  • PROF programs (proprietary sanitation program management software):
    • Develops PROF programs
    • Installs PROF systems at clients’ sites
    • Trains and provides support to PROF programs’ users
  • Performs any other task assigned by his immediate superior.

To perform, you need to :

To perform well, you must:

  • Experience and/or training in pool & Spa industry
  • Strong background in outside sales and market development or any other relevant training and/or experience.
  • Completed high school diploma or equivalent
  • Good command of English both spoken and written
  • Great flexibility regarding work schedule
  • Experience in sales;
  • CRM experience preferred;
  • Customer-oriented;
  • Ability to persuade and influence;
  • Autonomous and responsible;
  • Ability to adapt.
