Sani Marc is a leading Canadian company specializing in sanitation, cleaning, and hygiene solutions for the industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors. The Service Technician is responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services for equipment and systems. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem solving and communication.

Responsabilités

As a member of the Service Technician Manager’s team, the Service Technician brings expertise by:

  • Inspecting electronics, wiring diagrams and drawings to install, repair, calibrate, service and replace or repair sanitizing devices and systems.
  • Dismantle, inspect, and replace cleaning equipment and replace defective electrical and mechanical parts. Such as but not limited to Autoscrubbers, polishers, sweepers.
  • Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical troubleshooting and repair of cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
  • Perform diversified duties to install and maintain sanitizing equipment and plant facility’s equipment supplied by Sani-Marc.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance per established PM program
  • Providing value-added after-sales service and problem solving.
  • Performing repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and implementation of cleaning chemical systems in Food & Beverage plants.
  • Travelling to our customer Locations
  • Helping other departments through internal work.
  • Diagnosing problems, determining corrective actions, and undertaking repairs.
  • Managing calls service and examining the customer’s requirements.

Pour performer, tu dois :

To perform well, you need to:

  • Proficient in electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
  • Experience in maintenance and/or maintaining food service equipment as an asset;
  • Experience in mobile onsite service preferred (vehicule provided)
  • Know how to work in a team, demonstrate initiative and be solutions-oriented
  • Have good communication skills and be customer-oriented
  • Be organized and understand processes thoroughly
  • Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record;
  • Applicants may take a mechanical/electrical aptitude test during the initial interview;
