Responsabilités

Under the supervision of the District Manager, the Account Manager performs the following tasks:

  • Attain new opportunities – cultivate leads
  • Sell and promote our products to existing customers;
  • Increase client satisfaction and loyalty through service excellence;
  • Provide exceptional customer support and personalized after-sales service;
  • Understand clients’ needs and their requirements in order to provide optimal solutions;
  • Work closely with various corporate partners to develop and close sales.

To perform well, you must:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in outside sales position;
  • Skills for virtual sales;
  • Knowledge in sanitation is an asset;
  • Good computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite);
  • Outstanding organization skills and to be solution-oriented;
  • Willingness to learn and continue to be challenged;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to adapt quickly to change.

  • Salary: $65,000 - $81,000 per year
