Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Coodinator performs the following tasks:

• Ensures high levels of customer experience;
  • Coordinate the ‘last mile delivery’ by using the Pool of orders (on time delivery, order completion rates)
  • Assign work as required (inbound & outbound orders);
  • Participate in picking/ shipping or receiving as may be required;
  • Be the initial contact for warehouse communicate (phone or email);
  • Work closely with the Customer Experience team should any potential concern arise
  • Receivings to go from ‘Dock to Stock’in one shift
• Manage inventory through cycle counts, location accuracy, FIFO flow of products and perform adjustments when required.
• Ensure equipment is functional & maintained (delivery trucks, order pickers, reach trucks, etc);
• Contributes to the team's efforts by carrying out any other task assigned by the Warehouse Manager;
